PARBOILED RICE IDLY RAVVA

Idly Ravva, also known as Rice Ravva is coarsely ground idly rice or parboiled rice. To make Idly ravva, the rice is boiled, dried, and ground into fine semolina-like powder. The rice is white to cream-colored, and has a smoother and finer texture compared to white semolina, which makes it suitable for mixing into batters, such as for making Idly.
